KENNETH has been in practice since year 2013 and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. His main area of practice is in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Industrial Relations Litigation, Public Interest Litigation and Arbitration, and he has conducted trials in the subordinate courts and High Court alike, and also hearings up to the Federal Court.
Kenneth was part of the legal team representing the Orang Asli who brought an action against their former lawyers who were also trustees of the trust that was set up for the benefit of the Orang Asli. He is also the Project Head of Legal Awareness Programme of the KL Bar Legal Aid Centre, where he conducts the introduction and exit evaluations for pupils-in-chambers in relation to the mandatory legal aid service that they are required to serve.
Additionally, Kenneth is a Committee Member of the Malaysian Inner Temple Alumni Association (“MITAA”), and is involved in planning and execution of events organized by MITAA. MITAA organises events for its members and the Inner Temple alumni in Malaysia, providing a platform for them to network and to be updated with the Inner Temple in London.
Kenneth was a contributor to the drafting of the Malaysian White Book by Sweet & Maxwell Asia Named contributor in the Malaysian White Book for Civil Procedure published by Sweet & Maxwell Asia in 2013 and again in 2015.
